Composition of Permanent magnet brushless motor structure:

Asynchronous motor body:
Synchronous motor body is considered as the main part of the motor and the rotor consists of many pole permanent magnet compositions, usually using rare earth permanent Magnetic materials. The stator
winding adopts AC winding form, generally supporting multiphase (three-phase, four-phase, or five-phase).

Power electronic inverters:
Its used to convert direct current to alternating current and drive according to the position information of the rotor-stator windings, thus controlling the rotation of the motor speed and output torque.

Rotor position sensor:
It is used to detect the position information of the rotor and feed this information back to the controller to correctly control the output of the power electronic inverter.

Controller:
Based on the data received from the rotor position sensor and user control commands, the power electronic inverter output is regulated to achieve precise control of the motor. This integrated approach ensures optimal performance and efficiency in motor operation.

The circuit principle of the Permanent magnet brushless motor follows the sequence: power supply, controller, and motor. This setup is identical to that of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. It features no carbon brushes or other wearing parts, making it more durable. However, operation is contingent on being connected to a controller, maintaining the order from power supply to controller to motor.
