Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM)
The Permanent magnet synchronous motor consists of the following main parts:
A. Stator
Rotor consists of stator core and stator windings. The windings are usually distributed in the stator slots and magnetic flux potential is a sine wave. The stator core supports the stator windings and generates magnetic field.
B. Rotor
Rotor consist of permanent magnets, rotor cores, shafts and bearings, etc. The permanent magnet is the center of the rotor is responsible for generating a stable magnetic field. The iron core is used to fix the permanent magnet well to transfer the rotation Rule. The shaft is used to connect the motor and the load, Deliver power. Bearings are used to support the shaft and guarantee its stable rotation.
C. End caps
They are used to protect the internal structure of the motor and also
Prevents dust and moisture from entering the inside of the motor. Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) It's one of the high-efficiency, high- performance electric motors, widely used in many fields.
